Pengaruh Komunikasi Suami-Istri yang Efektif terhadap Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia, Makassar

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia Church Makassar, using a quantitative design. The research sample was 260 congregations from 800 congregations that were married by random sampling. This paper was written with the aim of knowing: First, the level of understanding of effective communication between husband and wife at Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia Church Makassar (variable X). Second. to determine the level of family harmony in the Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia Church Makassar (variable Y). Third, to find out how much influence effective communication between husband and wife (X) has on family harmony at the Indonesian Bethel Church Filadelfia Makassar (Y). The results obtained are the first hypothesis in this study is the variable (X) tends to be moderate. The results of the statistical test Variable (X) in the moderate to the high category in the interval class table with the Lower Bound and Upper Bound values of 95.21 to 97.51 with a confidence interval at a significance level of <0.05. The findings from the initial hypothesis, Variable (X) tends to be moderate, are proven. The second hypothesis in this study is the tendency of the variable (Y) to be moderate. The results of the statistical test found that the variable (Y) was in the high category, with the Lower Bound and Upper Bound values being 64.41 to 66.21. So based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the second hypothesis of the variable (Y) tends to be moderate and is not proven. The third hypothesis in this study is that the effect of variable (X) on variable (Y) tends to be moderate. The results of the hypothesis test are as follows: There is a relationship between the variable (X) and the variable (Y) with a ryx value of 44.6% or 0.446 and a positive value, meaning that the relationship between the two variables is in the medium category because it is at an interval value of 0.400— 0.599. So based on the results of the research above, it is concluded that the third hypothesis in this study, that the effect of Variable (X) on Variable (Y) tends to be moderate, is proven.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia Makassar, dengan menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 260 jemaat dari 800 populasi jemaat yang sudah berkeluarga secara random sampling.. Tulisan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui : Pertama, tingkat pemahaman komunikasi yang efektif  antara suami istri di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia Makassar (variabel X). Kedua.untuk mengetahui tingkat  keharmonisan keluarga  di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia Makassar (variabel Y). Ketiga, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi yang efektif  antara suami istri (X) terhadap keharmonisan keluarga di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Filadelfia Makassar (Y). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Hipotesis pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah Variabel (X) cenderung sedang. Hasil uji statistik Variabel (X) dalam kategori cukup menuju tinggi di dalam tabel klas interval dengan nilai Lower Bound dan Upper Bound yakni 95,21 s/d  97,51 dengan confidence interval pada taraf signifikansi <0,05. Temuan dari hasil hipotesis awal, Variabel (X) cenderung sedang, adalah terbukti. Hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini yaitu kecenderungan Variabel (Y) adalah sedang . Hasil uji statistik menemukan bahwa Variabel (Y) dalam kategori tinggi , dengan nilai Lower Bound dan Upper Bound yakni  64,41 s/d 66,21. Jadi berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka disimpulkan bahwa hipotesa kedua Variabel (Y) cenderung sedang adalah tidak terbukti. Hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Variabel (X) terhadap Variabel (Y) adalah cenderung sedang.  Adapun  hasil uji hipotesisnya adalah sebagai berikut: Terdapat hubungan antara variabel (X) dengan variabel (Y) dengan nilai ryx  sebesar  44,6% atau 0,446 dan bernilai positif  , artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel dalam kategori sedang, karena berada pada nilai interval 0,400—0,599. Jadi berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, maka disimpulkan bahwa hipotesa ketiga dalam penelitian ini, bahwa pengaruh Variabel (X) terhadap Variabel (Y) cenderung sedang adalah terbukti.
